In October we have had 2 sessions of RuggerEd training where we have learnt some skills that will prepare us to play rugby in the future. We have learned how to chase and tag someone, hold the rugby ball tightly whilst running and worked in teams to play games involving dodging and changing direction. This week we have been learning how to bounce and catch the ball, balance the ball on our racket and control the ball with our racket by dribbling it along the floor.
Today, 14/9/17, was the first day of our 6 weeks tennis skills training. We worked really hard on our ball control, bouncing, catching and rolling the ball to our partners. We had great fun!
